Color me shocked.
I deposited the check, yesterday, from the closing, into my account.
The teller told me that it would probably take 5-10 business days to clear.
I'll be dipped if the whole thing isn't showing, right now, as available.
Gotta call the bank, tomorrow, and make sure I'm seenig what I think I'm seeing, but this could be a really good thing, as there are a bunch of things we need to do with that money.
