Well, after more than a year, it's done. Our house in Fairless Hills is sold.
We went home on Thursday night, March 25, to clean out the rest of our stuff, and go to settlement.
Everything went fairly smoothly, and we are now back down to only one house in our posession.
Of course, we got a pretty nice check out of it...of course, as well, it's all already spoken for.
