Laurie just called me. Our realtor, back in PA, had an offer for us that was well above what our listing price. They're requesting "seller help", but we'll still clear more than we were going to.

The only gotcha is that they want to do closing at the end of March. With a potential strike looming as of April 1, this could be a problem.
Not that I can't have Laurie do the limited power of attorney thing (like when we bought this house, in IN), but that they wanted my help in moving the rest of the stuff out of there.
