Weight loss can be a wonderful thing.

The body is a strange beast. When I got out of high school, I weighed 160 pounds. When I got out of college, I was 167. When I met my wife, I was 180. As recently as mid-to-late 2001, I was floating between 215 and 220. Back in October, 2001, I lost my job. I was so distraught and stressed that I lost at least 10 pounds over that first weekend. After that point, I floated beteween 204 and 207. After I moved my family out here to Indy, with me, and during the move, I dropped lower. I floated around 201-202, and at one point, even got down to 199. Then, I got back up, and as recently as 2 days ago, I was back up to 207 (I was actually up at that level for at least a week or two). Yesterday, I was at 206, and today at 205. I'm not doing anything differently than before. I'm at the same level of physical activity, not eating any more or less than before. *shrug* Like I said... The body is a strange beast.
